Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) today announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its third quarter 2009 financial results.

SNH plans to issue a press release containing its third quarter 2009 financial results before the NYSE opens on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Later that morning, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, David Hegarty, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Richard Doyle, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the third quarter 2009 results. Following the company’s remarks, there will be a short question and answer period.

No pass code is necessary to access the call from either number. Participants should dial in about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call.
