At this week’s Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) plugfest, November 16-20, 2009, hosted by the Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA) at the University of New Hampshire Interoperability Lab (UNH-IOL), Emulex is participating with its OneConnect™ Universal Converged Network Adapters (UCNAs)OneConnect™ Universal Converged Network Adapters (UCNAs). Emulex is testing its OneConnect FCoE UCNAs on a number of different platforms, in a variety of configurations to showcase successful interoperability through FCoE devices and Data Center Bridging (DCB) or Enhanced Ethernet Switches from multiple vendors to native FCoE storage and across a Fibre Channel Storage Area Network (SAN) to Fibre Channel targets from multiple vendors.
