(NASDAQ: SCVL), a leading retailer of value-priced footwear and accessories, announced today that Kerry Jackson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the CL King Best Ideas Conference, to be held on September 16, 2009, at the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel in New York, NY.

Shoe Carnival’s investor presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. The audio portion of the presentations will be webcast live, and a replay will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.shoecarnival.com.
