ArthroCare Corp. (Pink Sheets: ARTC), a leader in developing
state-of-the-art, minimally invasive surgical products, announced that
it has completed its restatement and filed its Annual Report on Form
10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC). This Form 10-K includes audited restated
financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006 as
well as unaudited restated financial information for the years ended
December 31, 2005 and 2004. Additionally, the Company has filed its
Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended June 30, 2008,
September 30, 2008, and March 31, 2009. With these filings, the
Company’s Audit Committee Review has been closed and the Company has
completed the restatement of its financial statements, previously
announced on July 21, 2008.
