Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity®
Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will
pay a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share from net investment income.
The dividend will be paid on Friday, June 26, 2009, to shareholders of
record at the close of business on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. The
ex-dividend date is Friday, June 19, 2009.
