Quality Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: QPDC) today announced its board of directors approved a special one-time dividend of $0.20 per share, or approximately $716,000. The special dividend will be payable on November 16, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 2, 2009 and the Company will use existing cash to pay this dividend.
