Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE:CYH) announced today that management will participate in the Oppenheimer 20^th Annual Healthcare Conference to be held November 3-4, 2009, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

The investor presentation by W. Larry Cash, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will begin at 2:10 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
