The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS) today announced it will Webcast its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central/11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The business of the meeting will include the election of the Board of Directors. The meeting will be followed by an update on the company’s operations.

Interested parties can listen to a live audio Webcast of the meeting by logging onto the investor relations section of the company’s Web site: www.marcuscorp.com. Listeners should go to the Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the presentation to download and install any necessary audio software. The presentation will be available for replay through November 13, 2009.
