PRINCETON, N.J. -- (Business Wire)

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER^® consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 9, 2009. It is the Company’s 435^th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.

Church & Dwight will host a conference call to discuss the third quarter 2009 results on November 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
