Solar Power, Inc. (OTCBB:SOPW), a vertically integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) modules and marketer, designer and installer of PV solar electric systems for commercial, public and residential customers in the United States announced today it will release its Third Quarter 2009 results on Monday, November 9, 2009 after the market close. In conjunction, the Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, November 11, 2009.
