The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Talisker Resources Ltd. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Oct. 14, 2020. According to the TSX, there will be 212,823,420 common shares issued and outstanding, and 44,605,323 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol TSK, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 87425A 10 1.

The TSX reports that Talisker is engaged in the exploration of mineral properties in British Columbia, including the Bralorne gold project, an advanced-stage project with a historical high-grade producing gold mine, as well as the Spences Bridge gold project, where the company holds approximately 85 per cent of the emerging Spences Bridge gold belt, and several other early-stage greenfields projects. The company does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.

According to the TSX, Talisker's transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. The company has been listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange since April 26, 2019, under the symbol TSK. It will be delisted from the CSE at the close on Oct. 13, 2020.
