(Laura Benson) receives $11,564 and 57,820 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 25 cents for three years. EMD Financial Inc. receives $18,725 and 93,625 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 25 cents for three years.
