QUIZAM GRANTS OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS

Quizam Media Corp. has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 1,366,000 shares of the company's capital stock to its directors, employees and consultants.

These options have an 18-month term, which expires on Feb. 19, 2022. The exercise price of these options is 40 cents per share.

All stock options and any shares issued on the exercise of stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period, expiring on Dec. 19, 2020.

Russ Rossi, president of Quizam, commented, "It's important to keep our team motivated as Quizam Media and its subsidiaries gains global momentum."

The stock options are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan.
