QUIZAM ANNOUNCES $250,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp. has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of 625,000 units of the company at a price of 40 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a full share purchase warrant exercisable at 75 cents for 18 months.
