QUIZAM CLOSES $450,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp.'s 7.5-million-unit private placement is now closed.

The unit private placement consists of 7.5 million units of the company at a price six cents per unit.

Each unit will consist of one common share and a two-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 12 cents for year 1 and 20 cents for year 2.

Subscription details are as follows:

• 21 placees;
• Insider Blueskyview Software Corp. (Russ Rossi), 650,000 units;
• PI Financial Corp. received a cash finder's fee of $11,280 and 188,000 brokers warrants.

Shares and warrants issued as a result of this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring June 7, 2020.
