QUIZAM INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $450,000

Quizam Media Corp. has increased the unit private placement previously announced on Dec. 3, 2019, from $267,000 to $450,000.

All other terms remain the same, including the fact that the unit private placement will be priced at six cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a two-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 12 cents for year 1 and 20 cents for year 2. There will be a total of 7.5 million units issued.

Insider chief executive officer Russ Rossi (Blueskyview Software Corp.) will be subscribing to 650,000 units.
