QUIZAM CLOSES $258,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp.'s 4.3-million-unit private placement at six cents per unit has closed.

The unit private placement consists of 4.3 million units of the company at a price of six cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a two-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents for year 1 and 25 cents for year 2.

Seven placees subscribed for the units.

Shares and warrants issued as a result of this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring Feb. 29, 2020.
