The International Speculator, in its March 26, 2020, issue, says buy Pure Gold Mining Inc. at 61 cents, officially, Buy up to 75 cents. Previously, the newsletter said buy on Sept. 23, 2019, at 58 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000, the holding is worth $1,041. The new buy comes without elaboration.
