The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement dated Jan. 13, 2020, between Newrange Gold Corp. and Bounty Gold Corp. (the vendor), whereby the company may acquire an undivided 100-per-cent right, title and interest in certain mineral claims (the H Lake property), located in the Red Lake mining division of Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company is required to make aggregate cash payments of $50,000 and issue 400,000 common shares to the vendor over a one-year period to earn a full interest in the property.

The vendor will retain a 2-per-cent NSR, 50 per cent of which is purchasable by the company at any time for $1-million.
