NTG CLARITY AWARDED AN ESTIMATED $0.553 MILLION IN PROJECTS

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. has provided an update regarding awarded projects during the last month. In addition to the projects previously awarded and announced, NTG has received three purchase orders for the total amount of $553,000. The work on these projects has already started and is expected to be completed in the next four months.

In an unrelated matter, NTG Clarity had its annual general and special meeting on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020, and the following directors have been elected:

• Ashraf Zaghloul;
• Kristine Lewis;
• Mohammed Saleem Siddiqi (independent);
• Syed Zeeshan Hasnain (independent).
