The private placement will now consist of 12,000,000 units at $0.075 per unit. Each unit will consist of a common share and half a warrant to purchase an additional common share at $0.15 per share exercisable for one year. Proceeds of $900,000 will be used for working capital, including funding due diligence and transaction costs for future acquisitions. The Company intends to review potential opportunities in the mining exploration sector, primarily in Canada.
