The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Marathon Gold Corp. will list additional shares at the open on May 26, 2020. As stated in its May 19, 2020, short form prospectus, the company will issue 20 million units at $1.50 per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. Each warrant will be exercisable at $1.90 per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on May 26, 2021. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
