The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's-length agreement dated Jan. 19, 2021, in connection with the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of HypeX.gg Plateforme de Jeux Sociaux Inc., in consideration of $75,000 in cash and 1,625,000 common shares.
