GAINEY ARRANGES FINANCING

Gainey Capital Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units in the capital of the company at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, exercisable at 7.5 cents to purchase an additional common share for a period of 24 months from closing. Closing is expected to occur on or before Feb. 28, 2021.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for due diligence on potential mineral concessions the company is currently looking at as well as for general working capital. Finders' fees may be paid on the offering pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
