Jay Taylor, in the April 17, 2020, edition of Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks, says buy DynaCERT Inc., recently 67 cents. Mr. Taylor previously said buy on Dec. 15, 2015, at 8.5 cents, and said sell on June 15, 2016, at 9.5 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment, the sale yielded a profit of $97. Mr. Taylor then said buy again on Dec. 14, 2016, at 70 cents and on Oct. 16, 2017, at 66 cents. A $1,000 investment for each of those two buys is now worth $1,971. DynaCERT is the developer of a technology, HydraGEN, that reduces fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Mr. Taylor is not sure how well demand for HydraGEN will hold up as the world sprints into recession. DynaCERT has some room to ride out the crisis; it had working capital of $537,00 as of Sept. 30 and subsequently raised $2.4-million. The stock remains a buy.
