The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a subscription agreement dated May 9, 2020, between DynaCERT Inc. and KarbonKleen Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire 20 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of KarbonKleen and a promissory note from KarbonKleen due Dec. 31, 2021, bearing an interest of 10 per cent per annum.

Pursuant to the agreement, in order to acquire 20 per cent of KarbonKleen and the promissory note, the company must pay an aggregate of $1,092,000 (U.S.).
