DESERT GOLD GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Desert Gold Ventures Inc. has granted a total of 1.6 million incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at 16 cents per share and expire five years from the date of grant. Apaton Finance GmbH, which performs investor relations, services for the company, has been granted 200,000 stock options as part of this grant and will be subject to a quarterly vesting period.
