TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in respect of the company's arm's-length property option agreement to acquire the right to earn up to an 80-per-cent interest in certain quartz mining claims in the Whitehorse mining district, Yukon Territory, owned by Strategic Metals Ltd.
