The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date:  July 19, 2020

New expiry date:  July 19, 2023

Exercise price:  15 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.65 million shares at 10 cents per share with 2,325,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 19, 2018.
