BAYHORSE EXTENDS WARRANTS

Bayhorse Silver Inc. has, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, extended the expiry date of the following warrants:

• Six million warrants, each exercisable into one common share of the company at 25 cents per warrant, expiring May 10, 2020, have been extended to now expire May 10, 2022;
• 527,804 warrants, each exercisable into one common share of the company at 25 cents per warrant, expiring April 12, 2020, have been extended to now expire April 12, 2023;
• 500,000 warrants, each exercisable into one common share of the company at 19 cents per warrant, expiring May 29, 2020, have been extended to April 12, 2023.
