The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Warrants:  7.5 million

Original expiry dates:  Dec. 27, 2019 (as to 1.5 million); Jan. 18, 2020 (as to 2,231,500); and March 2, 2020 (as to 3,768,500)

New expiry date:  March 2, 2021

Exercise price:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 7.5 million shares with 7.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 16, 2018.
