AREV CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE OF $450,000 NON BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Arev Nanotec Brands Inc. has closed the $225,0000 tranche (3.75 million units) of a non-brokered private placement unit offering to raise a total of $450,000 announced March 24.

Each unit is priced at six cents per unit and comprises one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant being exercisable at eight cents per warrant share. Subject to adjustment in certain events, each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the company at any time on or before 5 p.m. Vancouver time on the date that is 24 months from the date of issuance of the warrants.

The finances will be used for securing key pieces of equipment, general working capital, product development and distribution.
