Pursuant to a resolution approved by the board of directors on Oct. 2, 2020, the company has changed its name from Allante Resources Ltd. to World Copper Ltd. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening of business on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, the common shares of World Copper will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Allante Resources will be delisted.
