The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  2.75 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 20, 2019

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 20, 2020

Exercise price of warrants:  15 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement, including a total of 5.5 million common shares and 2.75 million warrants, which was accepted for filing by the exchange, effective on March 28, 2018.
