VIOR: WARRANTS EXTENSION

Subject to the approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, Societe D'exploration Miniere Vior Inc.'s 2.75 million warrants due to expire on Dec. 20, 2019, have been extended for one year such that the new expiry date is Dec. 20, 2020. The exercise price of 15 cents remains unchanged.
