The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to the company's acquisition of real properties located at 542 Ryan St. and 550 Ryan St., Moncton, N.B., totalling 46 residential units, in consideration of a cash payment of $5,488,000.

The company has issued news releases dated Aug. 16, 2019, and Oct. 4, 2019, in connection with the acquisition.
