UNITED HUNTER OIL & GAS CORP. ANNOUNCES THE MUTUAL TERMINATION OF THE PROPOSED TRANSACTION WITH TEXASKEW ENERGY LLC

United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp. has mutually agreed to terminate the previously announced assignment agreement dated Dec. 9, 2019, with Texaskew Energy LLC pursuant to which the rights and obligations of Texaskew under a project agreement dated Nov. 15, 2019, with GulfSlope Energy Inc. would have been assigned and transferred to United Hunter.

As a condition precedent to closing pursuant to the agreement, United Hunter was to conduct a private placement of units for minimum gross proceeds of $1-million. This obligation to complete the minimum financing was not accomplished in the time period necessary to complete the transaction, and therefore, both parties agreed to terminate the agreement and each release the other from all liabilities and obligations related thereto. United Hunter will continue its efforts to secure exploration and production asset(s) in the coming weeks and will provide updates related to those efforts in due course.
