ROYAL ROAD MINERALS ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF LETTER OF INTENT WITH MINEROS S.A. FOR COLOMBIAN JOINT VENTURE

Royal Road Minerals Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Mineros SA to amend its previously announced letter of intent in relation to the company's Guintar and Niverengo concessions and its Margaritas title application in the Antioquia district, Colombia. The agreement extends the deadline for entering into a definitive agreement with Mineros from Jan. 30, 2020, to March 30, 2020.
