ROCKRIDGE RESOURCES GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Pursuant to its stock option plan, Rockridge Resources Ltd. has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1.5 million common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 17.5 cents per share. The company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting of the company held in 2019.
