The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a mineral property purchase agreement dated June 20, 2019, between Ridgestone Mining Inc. and Alan Francisco Navarro Rodriguez, as vendor of 10 mining concessions located in Sonora, Mexico, known as the Alaska property. In consideration, the company will pay $83,000 (U.S.) and issue five million shares.
