PISTOL BAY ANNOUNCES WARRANT AMENDMENT

Pistol Bay Mining Inc. has agreed to amend, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the expiry date of 8.5 million transferable share purchase warrants, which were issued by way of a private placement on Oct. 25, 2018, and amended on Feb. 15, 2019, by extending the expiry date to Oct. 25, 2023. The exercise price will remain at six cents per transferable share purchase warrant.
