PACTON REVISES FINANCING TERMS

Pacton Gold Inc., further to its news release of Dec. 4, 2019, has revised the terms of its non-flow-through private placement by adding a share purchase warrant. The company will now issue up to 20,833,333 units at 12 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $2.5-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issue at a price of 18 cents per share.

All other terms previously announced remain unchanged.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
