The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a binding term sheet dated Oct. 8, 2019, between Osisko Metals Inc., and Karst Investments LLC, Margaret Meri Peggy Kent and the Burns Family 2012 Trust (collectively the vendors), whereby the company may acquire a 3-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty held on the Pine Point mine in the Northwest Territories. Consideration is $8.5-million (U.S.) cash and two million common shares.
