Warrant exercise price:  seven cents for a three-year period

Finders' fees:  an aggregate of $24,800 in cash and 496,000 finders' warrants payable to Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. (Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at seven cents for a three-year period.)
