The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a letter agreement dated June 13, 2020, between Novo Resources Corp., Mark Creasy and several entities controlled by Mr. Creasy, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 55 mineral licences, the remaining 30-per-cent interest in 20 additional tenements, in which it currently holds a 70-per-cent interest, and a 70-per-cent interest in three additional tenements -- all located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Under the terms of the agreement and as consideration for the tenements, the company will issue an aggregate of 2,590,700 common shares to the vendors.
