Mr. Michael Iverson reports

Bennett Liu has stepped down from the office of chief financial officer of Nanosphere Health Sciences Inc., and Victor Goncalves has stepped down from the office of vice-president. Michael Iverson will assume the office of interim CFO pending a search for a replacement CFO.
