NEXPOINT HOSPITALITY TRUST ANNOUNCES FURTHER UPDATE ON ACQUISITION OF CONDOR HOSPITALITY TRUST

Nexpoint Hospitality Trust has provided an update on the previously announced acquisition of Condor Hospitality Trust Inc. by NHT Operating Partnership LLC, the operating partnership of Nexpoint. In accordance with the agreement of the parties announced on Jan. 31, 2020, Nexpoint and Condor have agreed to further extend the closing of the merger to March 16, 2020, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain remaining closing conditions.
