The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. will list an additional 14,375,000 shares at the open on May 13, 2020. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at 70 cents per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated May 8, 2020.
