NTG CLARITY ANNOUNCES THE REINSTATEMENT OF ITS TWO INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS

NTG Clarity Networks Inc.'s two independent board directors have returned.

Nick Hamilton-Piercy, who resigned his position on the board of directors in October, 2019, has agreed to return to NTG's board, effective Nov. 29, 2019. Mr. Hamilton-Piercy has been a valuable board member since 2014, and the company is pleased to have him return.

Mohamed Saleem Siddiqi, who resigned his position on the board of directors in October, 2019, has also agreed to return to NTG's board and audit committee, effective Nov. 29, 2019. Mr. Siddiqi has been a valuable board member since 2017, and the company is pleased to have him return.
