MERIDIUS COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

Meridius Resources Ltd. has closed its private placement of 12 million units at 7.5 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $900,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each full warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of 15 cents for a period of one year. All securities issued pursuant to the financing are subject to a hold period expiring Dec. 1, 2020. Total cash finders' fees of $5,100 were paid to certain finders in respect of the financing. Proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital, including financing due diligence and transaction costs for future acquisitions.
